Daimler 250 V8

Painstakingly restored, the Daimler 250 V8 is an excellent example of the kind of quality and luxury typical of this great marque.

Based on the Jaguar Mark II bodyshell, the Daimler 250 V8 was the upmarket version of the Jaguar. It was instantly recognisable with its fluted grill and rear number plate plinth. Our car has the more desirable full polished wood option of walnut door cappings and dashboard top. Many now feel the slimline bumpers add a lighter more elegant touch.

These cars have a sumptuous boardroom feel to their beautifully crafted and appointed interiors. They are also light and airy at the same time, with delicate chrome framed window glass areas.

Bentley S2

Without question one of the most prestigious makes of car, the Bentley S2, had a distinguished and famous owner. Being exported from new to Sydney, Australia, the car returned to Great Britain in the 1990’s.

The Bentley variety of the Rolls Royce Silver Cloud has been quietly gaining a reputation as the preferred choice of last of these beautiful hand made cars.

The Bentley is a fine and discreet statement, more a whisper, as it was labelled the quiet sports car! Deep carpets, soft leather and rich walnut awaits to envelop any passenger. Autocar said: “The Bentley is a modern magic carpet which annihilates great distances and delivers the occupants well-nigh as fresh as when they started!”

Jaguar S Type

Also thoroughly restored the S type Jaguar typifies the attention to detail, quality, and luxury, of Jaguars of this era.

Our Jaguar S type was the ultimate amalgam of all the styling and technological advances Jaguar had made with the E type and the Mark II. The car has a super 3.4 litre engine with an overdrive gearbox, and a lovely supple ride, thanks to the revolutionary independent rear suspension.

The interior of the Jaguar mirror’s the Daimler, being of similar dimensions, and the fittings are crafted with the same quality materials and attention to detail.

Jaguar XJ6

“A relentless pursuit of excellence” was the watch word of Jaguar when they produced the mighty XJ6. The world had not seen a car as accomplished, and still today many compare these cars to Rolls Royce’s for their effortless turn of speed, fabulous leather interiors graceful styling and silky smooth near silent ride. Our car is a genuine one previous owner car with a mere 22,000 miles.

It is remarkable that Jaguar first produced this car in the late sixties, it still feels as fresh today and is still a bench mark for many luxury saloons!
